I want my money back.
They debited 340 in my account and I didn't sign up, their agents came to me and said it was just for them to show they've been working otherwise they won't get paid. I didn't give them my banking details.

As per our telephonic discussion, the policy was still within a Cooling off period and the refund process was explained to you by Johannah Cele.
