I regret joining clientele

My sister passed away on the 28th September I have been calling clientele the whole week for them to process my claim and give me my airtime all they says is we will call you later.dont know how they expect me to bury my sister if the busy giving me the run around and I am not the only one suffering with clienteles lies my mother also has a funeral policy with them and she is going through the something.When they want you to join clientele they will promise you heaven and earth with false advertising and quickly to take money from our account but slow to provide.
