I opened a policy and in two months i decided to cancell it to my surprise they did not reverse my premiums of two month which amount to R1122

We confirm that we have been in contact with you and explained that your policy was cancelled outside of the 31 days cooling off period, which means there is no refund.
As per our policy rules outlined on the policy documents, you have a 31-day cooling off period to cancel the policy. This means, from the time we send your policy documents, as long as there has been no claim or you have not received any benefit under the policy, if the policy is cancelled within these 31 days, we will refund the premiums you have paid.
