I DON'T UNDERSTAND
Clientele called me Tuesday apolgising and canceled everything but what I don't understand coz they say I will be refunded only R600 how come because I never received the simcard they approved that on the 14 of September and deducted monthend till Dec in January they did not get the money because I transferred it to another account why am I gonna get R600 they cannot be penelising me for something I never received and used.

04 Feb 2022, 13:22First deduction was on the 30th September, the 2nd deduction was on the 02 November the 3rd was on the 01 December and the last one was on the 3rd of January I'm not happy with the fact that they say they will refund me R600 why?
