I called to cancel my policy due to the pandemic

I called to cancel my policy due to the pandemic. Zwido was very helpful and gave me all the options that was available to me. She also advised me how to fast track my encashment. I had to call back and have them check to see if documents were received, which I did. I then spoke with Natalie and she placed me on a brief hold to look for my email. She then processed my documents as received and advised me when I could receive my money. I would like to say both ladies Zwido and Natalie was very polite and gave me great customer service. There was no long hold times at all. They were very efficient. Well done ladies!!!
