I am not happy with Clientele

I am not happy how Clientele treated my mother about her policy. They took out my grandmother from the policy. Their reason is because my mother was behind with 3 months for payment. But the truth is my mother was only behind with 2 months. They told my mother they been sending her sms but thats not true because they only started sending sms after they took out my grandmother from the policy. I am definitely not happy with clientele because my mother has been stressing now.

Dear Andrew M,
We confirm that we have made contact with the policy holder to provide feedback regarding the concerns raised.
As per our telephonic conversation, we confirmed that the policy lapsed due to premiums that were unpaid in March, April, and May.  As per our policy rules, the policy will lapse if it is unpaid for 3 consecutive months.  The policy holder was not satisfied with the feedback provided and opted to escalate the matter further.  The escalation process has been sent to you via SMS.

We profusely apologise for the unpleasant experience you have had with us.

We trust you find this in order, however, should you require any further assistance please feel free to contact us again.  Yours sincerely,  Maria MokhuabaneService Recovery Specialist Clientele Life
