how do i cancel this thing??

I called in about two months ago to get the IFA membership subscription cancelled and was told that it would be done , yet two more payments have gone off. I asked on the on the 24/04/2015 for this policy to be cancelled, no response. Again on the 29/04/2015 to which I got a response the next day, I was redirected to another email address , to which I responded again I want to cancel. Again on the 22/05/2015 I requested that it be cancelled. Last night another premium including the IFA money went off my account. I would like that premium to be transferred back to me , the policy cancelled and the whatever cash back that I am suppose to be getting. I asked more than a month ago for cancellation , the policy should have been ceased and debit orders stopped while waiting for the encashment form to be returned.
