Hospital cover not paid

I am very unhappy with Clientele Life Insurance they are ****mers, I have been in Hospital for 2 weeks in the Isolation room struggling to breathe, & when I submitted all required documents they said Dr. was not supposed to admit me because the treatment given to me was meant for over the counter now they know better than the Specialist Doctors, They refuse to pay even if the results are showing positive results, They deduct R1000 per month which is too high I really do not get it because FNB Did not give me problems they paid without having some issues , I will not advice someone to join Clientele they must be closed, I really need help because i need to be compensated. The results from Lake and Smith as well as the Hospital file are showing everything.
