Hospital Claims
Hello Peter has become our platform to deal with Clientele for the past year. My husband has a stupid policy with them and he has been hospitalized in October 2015. We have submitted the documents as per their requirements on the 26th of October 2015 and as usual they needed more which we've submitted as well.
. He phoned clientele earlier and was told that NICK THE ASSESSOR is handling the claim, he held on for about 25 minutes to speak to NICK about the claim and eventually put the phone down because Nick wasn't available or don't want to be available.

I then in turn phoned hoping that I'll be lucky to get some feedback without having to HELLO PETER but no MOHAMED said he will ask Nick to phone back which from previous experience I know will never happen.

We waste more money by following up phoning then anything else. This has become more a burden then a help. Funny how the Marketing portray the products quick and easy and a great help and when you actually need it its a whole ****ing different story,

Maybe we should record the next commercial about the FINANCE DR on TV. Pathetic service from Clientele each and every time.

Feedback about the claim.
