Horrific experience from clientele life

My mom has been a client for Clientele life for for four years. She joined clientele life to save money for herself now she's a pensioner, she went to clientele life to querie about the fact that she's on pension and how she should manage her investment policy.

Okay all was understood with regards to that. Now she was called to come claim her money several times from clientele life, when she goes to clientele to do so she is told there's no money she needs to claim. All her energy and money wasted traveling from the free state to jhb for her money. It's heartbreaking what clientele did to my mom
