Help me to cancel the debit order please

Hello I was recently ******* by a clientele sales person to join the client funeral plan. The lady said we are only checking if I qualify for the policy and that I will be soon contacted by clientele to tell me more about the policy and confirm if I'm interested, but to my surprise a week later I received an SMS from clientele informing me that they will be a debit of R207 without my consent.I tried contacting customer care service with no luck. Today I woke up to find R207 taken from my account, I would like to cancel the debit order, can you please help me cancel this policy and refund me as I am a student and I can't afford.

Thanks for helping me to cancel the policy, for now I'm still waiting for the next month to confirm if my account will no longer debited.
