Harrasment
<p>I, am receiving constantly harasment sms from this company!! Lets make it clear!!! YOU ARE BREAKING THE LAW HERE!!! You know it is ******* to send people harrasment sms buying this and getting that!!!</p> <p>Friday I had 11 calls from your call centre. Thursday I had 9 calls Saturday I had 2 calls. You have a list and everyboddy who does not wishes to be harrased by you, his name and nr. shoud come on. So you think you ere clever !!! eaten the wisdom with the s****. To bypass the list yoy changed my name To Mr. MARUMA and LUIZA. No you can bomb me with sms. So let see what the credit protection act sayes about your doings. I have made a case today at the consumer Protection over this harrasment and start making plans to pay me the R750.00 back for all the sms I have sended to opt. out. But unfortunatly your opt. out option does not work. You are earning money on harrasment!!! </p>

Our attempts to contact you on 29 to 30 May 2017 to discuss the concerns raised, were not successful.
We confirm that all our data is received from external suppliers. This data is sourced through multiple channels, namely, Credit Bureaus, Public Domain Information and Data Acquisitions.
As per your request, we have requested for your details to be removed from our database, blacklist from receiving any direct marketing calls and messages with all our affiliates. However, other companies who receive their information through the same channels may have your details and you could still be contacted for other promotional campaigns. Therefore, to prevent same from happening in future, please ensure that your information is listed on the 'Do Not Contact' list.
It is important to note that all our suppliers must adhere to national legislation and their data is checked against the national 'Do Not Contact' list hosted by the DMA. More information on this can be found at www.dmasa.org.
