Harassment from Clientele call center agent

Harassment - the act of systematic and/or continued unwanted and annoying actions of one party or a group.

It has been about two weeks now, I have been receiving phone calls from a few different numbers all from the offices of Clientele. The calls are in all hous of the day and follow one an other for up to SEVEN calls in a row, regardless if I am to let the phone ring or keep rejecting them. Twice I have spoken to a call center agent, requesting that I get removed from their contact list - no positive result. Today's call took a new level of conversing between a consumer and a sales person. At first firmly (but still calmly), I once again requested to be removed off of their calling list. The male on the other side asked me: 'But why did you contact us if you do not want our service'? I never contacted them, I am not interested in what they have to offer. Once again I repeated I do not wish to be contacted and I put the phone down, hearing him on the other side pushing for a conversation. In a few seconds there was an other call from him. I requested to speak to a Supervisor, to which I was told 'They are all on a meeting' (how stupid do these people think consumers really are?). Then I requested to have his name. the answer was "I cannot disclose this information over the phone." Apparantly, nor could he do it over an e-mail. So.. here is the predicament - total harassment, no one to keep responsible, no one to escalate it to! How exactly is the consumer protected?
