Harassment from 2 Call Centre Cliente Life Agents

Hi, I have been reeving 10 calls per day from last week. There was a lady who insisted I sent clientele life a message to call me back (which I never did). I made it clear to her I do not want any insurance cover or anything from clientele life. She went on to ask me why is my number on their system than. I told her I never sent them anything and I repeatedly told her I do not want any cover. She went on to threaten me saying she will call vodacom to prove that I sent clientele life a message to be called back.

This morning, another agent calls me saying he is taking over from this lady. I told the guy repeatedly again that I do not want any cover from clientele life. This guy was so rude he went on to say I just spent 30 minutes on the phone explaining that I don' t want a cover when I kept saying to him from the on set that I don't want it but he couldn't listen. I only spoke to him from 6 minutes telling him I never sent anything and do not want a cover. He said I am wasting their time and hung up. Odd when he is the one wasting my time and calling me when I do not want to be called or offered cover by clientele life.

Why is clientele life consultants calling me and harassing me for an insurance cover that I keep telling them I do not want? Even going as far as threatening to call vodacom to prove some crazy idea that I want cover? Should I take cover by force?

I want these two individuals to be escalated to the highest management in the company and proof that they have been disciplined. This rude behaviour is not to be tolerated.

The guy phoned me from this number this morning: ********** .

Can I please get an urgent resolve on this issue.
