Death in a family is never easy and one tends to be overwhelmed with the myriad activities that follow to ensure that your loved one is buried with Dignity. I had a loved one pass on and I was assisted by a very empathatic lady by the name of Slindile Mthethwa, she was very helpful with getting my claim process going even sending her most sincere condolences to me and my family. I really appreciated that level of care from her and the organisation that she is representing. I would like to thank clientele and mostly Miss Mthethwa for the great service, patience in dealing with the difficult matter at hand. It is employess such as herself that give us a sense that the human element of apathy still exist in modern days and I implore you all and ask that you continue giving great service and mostly give recognition to the employess that also represent you company well.
