had unauthorized debit

4 debit orders went off in my account in May I got them reversed called clientele they requested my bank statement to prove its my account I emailed it to them and they said they would get back to me coz there's an ifa agent who's busy using my account and writing ********** business n is getting paid for it. This month again the same thing has happened I called again to complain and was told they will get back to me 30 days later in still waiting this morning another debit order has gone off. Someone explain to me wat foolishness is this. I'm being charged fees from my bank bcoz clientele is failing to put a stop to all this can someone advise on what step to take since their call centre and compliance centre is failing me
