Great service

I want to thank Shirmonique Coetzee she is the most patient and loving consultant ever I sent a request and she called me for the hospital plan I tried to make it difficult for her but she was patient and asking me questions painting a picture on why I needed the hospital plan we spoke for more then an hour cause there were things I did not understand she took time to explain to me she made me feel important and special as a client if I could just meet her she is a well groomed young lady and I really am happy I took the hospital plan and she was able to assist me she is the best
