Good service must be rewarded

I lodged a hospital plan claim with CLIENTELE. Just want to compliment all the people who assisted me in processing the claim at such speed it got my head spinning. Im so sorry that I cannot remember the name of the polite lady who called to inform me of the outstanding documents. From service centre to the assessor it was so polite I could not believe it. But I did get the assessors name LUNGELO SHABALALA. An asset to any instituition. Clientele you lucky. He was ever so helpful. Gave me guidance and processed my claim in record time. Further called to inform me that payment was made. Now where do you get service like that . One would say it's their job but I say Lungelo did his job and did it well too. Thank you Clientele for having LUNGELO SHABALALA in your employ. If was his boss a bonus would be in order. Good service is something we lack but not with Lungelo. Thank you. Keep up the good work. We need more people like you.
