Ive cancelled my legal policy and open a funeral policy. Ive added my mom C.G and afterwards my dad F.J.G .The consultant on your side messed up bigtime...I never understand why I couldnt open the policy documents with my ID number...and today I downloaded the app and it says I have no active policies...To my schock I just found out the consultant on your side made my father the main member of my policy! And now it cant be change you need to short this thing out immediately! The amount of R595.87 have beed deducted every single month from my salary...how on earth can the person on the whatsapp line says the policy cant be change.
You need to sort this out ASAP!
