Funeral payment delay
Good day
It's just a concern to me that it is been over 72hours no communication from the company regarding the claim of my brother in-law that I submitted last month and on the 1st September I submitted again other police report and I follow up same day and they confirmed it that is being received. What I don't understand is what taking so long for the assessor's to contact me or relavent people, places to verify things. I understand it's unnatural since it was a fire cause of his death but alerting the claimants the process and not to be wondering when it will be done .
