I had an exceptional call experience with Siphele from your Funeral/Life department. From start to finish, she was patient, attentive, and a pleasure to engage with.

Customer service calls are not always the most enjoyable, especially when conversations feel rushed, but Siphele was refreshingly human in her approach. She made the conversation easy and comfortable, took the time to explain everything clearly, and showed empathy where it mattered most.
