FRUAD COMPANY
I am extremely disappointed - the sales rep **** to me and sold a product to me based on lies. I called and escalated the matter, they listed to the call and they admitted that the person I spoke to **** to me. I requested for my premiums back but I was informed that there is nothing they can do and that I will not get my premiums back even thou I was sold a product based on lies. I then requested to cancel my plan, they still debited my account even after I had cancelled my plan. I called to speak to a manager who hung up on me. I am extremely disappointed.
