I need to take a funeral policy for my mom 73 years old.a consultant contacted and advised me that I need to insure myself and add her on.the took all my details.and took a cover for 40000 for me and 40000for mom at a cost of 236.the call went dead.I was then called by another guy who told me the guy was on training and mis quoted me...we started the process again.he then offered me the same funeral policy at 300 a month.it was finalized ...I get an email saying mom was not insured.a call was logged ref no***...I was then called by a lady....said she was sorry mom is not included .a new quote now costs 800 a month.bunch of *******
