********** Policy ****s by clientele life opened without Permission or Agreement

Clientele life is the biggest and ********** company I have ever come across. They have been deducting my money (R484) from my payslip since October. Clientele life is a ****. They have been deducting money from my payslip without me signing or making an agreement to the policy. I contacted them told them to cancel that policy and refund me my money back. I was assigned an investigator which told me to send an affidavid and payslip. I emailed it but haven’t received any feedback.… When I call her number it says number busy since last week or it just rings with nobody taking the call. I tried the online team still no help they told me my matter has been handed over to the compliance office they will call me in 24 to 48 working hours….Still no call received This is pure *****. They only sent me a cancellation email but in new payslip they still deducting. Since October till this date.
