********** DEDUCTION OF MONEY FROM THE BANK ACCOUNT

My mom in law was stopped in Phola Mall and they ask her for a bank card to check if she qualifies for a policy as a pensioner she didn't understand and gave them, even though she said NO to their policies before and after, they deducted her money and this is the second month they deducted around R400 from her pension. It says funeral cover but not even a single life details they have, she went back to ur agent that are camping outside they couldn't help her. She went to bank to check debit it's not there but it shows that u guys u did take her money **********ly, why are your doing that to the pensioners??? Now she must use the very small amount of money to hold the line continuously? Is that how you operate?
