********** debit orders

I was recently ******* by a clientele sales person to join the client plan. The lady said we only checking if I qualify for the policy and that I'll be soon contacted by clientele to tell me more about the policy and to confirm if I'm interested, but to my surprise a week later I recieved an sms from clientele informing me that they will be a debit of R251 without my consent. I tried contacting customer care service with no luck. They've deducted R251 for april, R251 for may and awaiting to deduct for june from my account. Can you please help me cancel this policy and refund me as I am a student and I can't afford it .
