********** COMPANY. THEY TAKE PEOPLE'S MONEY WITHOUT THEIR CONSENT
Your company agent ******* me into some policy that is now debiting R247 from my account. I never agreed to anything like because I'm a student & unemployed.He told me that he was registering me for some shopping what what that didn't require me paying anything but now to my surprise your company is debiting money from my account. The Ref number is CLIENTELE ***00723. Please cancel this debit order and remove me from your system

Our consultant Monica Ngubane provided you with feedback and it was found that you swiped your bank card, giving permission for the debit order to be taken from your account.
