I have been paying R249 monthly from 2016 for hospital illness plan. I got very sick and I was in hospital for almost a month. I then filed a claim because of the agreement... I have been claiming since 2019 and only not telling me that the police I'm on is for accidental not illness. So since last year they failed to tell and I was not even aware that oim the wrong plan because I did not sign anything with them

I have been requesting the policy agreement si nce 2016. If I had the agreement, I was going to see that it's not the plan I agreed to.

Secondly, it took them the whole to respond with "you not on the illness policy plan. If I knew in 2019 , I was going to cancel because that is not what I wanted. I lost a lot of money . I'm not okay
