I received a call from and IFA agent regarding my investment I had with them a few years ago. I explained well that I wish to withdraw what is left of my Investment. The gentleman I spoke with seemed to understand my request , He then confirmed all my details as I expected so that I can have money paid into my account . After the call I received 2 confirmation sms confirming new investments that I have taken out .What bull**** service is this ?? IFA consultants are ********** how on earth can I communicate clearly that I wish to withdraw my investment and then hit me with 2 new investments that are due to debit my account ?? What is this a circus ? do you think we have time to play I will take this up legally if it is not sorted out because this is day light *****!! the ****** consultant is just rushing for their target and commission .This is ****** un acceptable .And will have this dealt with .The call was received at 16.48 Trace this call and the consultant should be dealt with if not I will deal with it !!!!!CLientele how on earth do you allow such to happen , such a big name ,IFA I am revolting in anger and disgust !!!
