one of your agents took my brothers details saying he will put him on the data base, next thing a debit order went off on the 30/07/2021 amount R282 he also doesn’t what is the debit order for because he didn’t join anything. He wants his money as his unemployed His name is Simphiwe Jako we would like a refund as he was too and also cancellation on the debit order permanently

04 Aug 2021, 14:16Totally not happy with the service, the agent called and told my brother they can’t refund him because it’s more than 30 this was done. I mean whose fault is that because he was not aware of this and also there was no money in his bank account should he had money then it have been debited still so it’s a lame excuse. You should be ashamed for taking from the poor someone whose unemployed, he had plans for that money. I will definitely not let this rest will take it to ombudsman if you don’t refund him . Lastly give your agents proper training so they know how to pitch the product to the client’s instead of lying. Refund my brother
