good day <br> I would like to lay a complain about clientele life company they are ******* they ***** peoples details and open funeral cover without authorization <br> <br> I don't know where did they get my information I was surprise when I get a debit order off my account then after a letter stating now that I am covered with a policy of R132 a month but they debited R197<br> <br> I called their call centre I was answered by a lady she didn't want to provide her name then she ended the call while I was trying to get some answers because I don't remember my self signing a form or any document to join their policy <br> <br> end of November I reversed the debit order but still end of December they debited on my account R197 I want them cancel all that nonsense and get back to me to advise where did they get my information especial my banking details because I am not safe anymore <br> <br> I heard that some call centre sell peoples information if they do that they will be dragging they company word down <br> <br> I want this sorted
