I was ****med by this company ,my account was debited without my consent on the 25th April 2025 ,with the claim that i took a policy with them which i never did,I have been calling the company several times to reverse it and stop it ,my name is Pearl Koopman with contact number *** ,my account number which is being debited is *** capitec

04 Jun 2025, 08:44I have received communication that the policy was cancelled on the 3rd June 2025,but the policy is for Ms Rakhetla with policy number *** ,i'm assuming that this policy for this customer of yours debited my account instead of hers.Please rectify this ASAP and please send a competent person to resolve this ,i need my money refunded not this excuse of 30 days because i don't have a policy with you i'm not your customer that applies to your customers
