Fradulent debit order

On the 7th of April Clientele sent me an SMS that says my cover was unpaid I need to make sure money is in the account. I was suprised as I never opened a policy with them and no one from Clientele called me to tell me about such policy. I told them to close the policy they never did and kept sending me sms until they manage to take my noney. I am a student who don't work but they debited R225 from money that is meant for buying school books. Their agents that they distribute around Malls are busy ******** people and taking people details fradulently to gain commission which is bad business practices. Those agents need to be trained well,it is even worse when they take money from poor people for their selfish benefits.

How am I satisfied when on your email you said you never received the debited money. you then requested my bank statement which I sent and I didn't get a reply to what is the way forward regarding the money you took on my account even though the policy was not active. You are telling me you had the right to take money for a policy that was inactive, a policy your agent open without my consent? All I want to know is am I going to get my debited money or not? ,that is the question not being explained to me by clientele.
