False selling or advertsing
Clientele is the worst Insurance company. Basically their salesman sold to me wrong info telling me a Funeral policy for R213 per month will get myself and 13 members covered for R20 000 covered at no extra cost, only to find that was a lie when my policy documents came through. When I called them they started telling me that for the other people to be added I should pay extra. I have now cancelled the policy, those guys are *********! Regards Siyabonga
