false marketing

I took out funeral cover policy number ***, I was told by consultant which I suppose was trained that the cover I am taking for R140 p/m which will cover me and 13 family members, then I was promised to receive and email with the form where I would fill in the family members. Until I called in end of the month I was told by lady that its not true if I want to include family members I can do so at a cost depending on their age which will be more costs added on my premium. I want this policy cancelled and all my monies refunded because of ********** and false marketing, also I want a recording of my calls so that I can go sue you in court.
