I've got a policy clientele life ,when I joined the hospital plan policy they informed me that when I'm hospitalized for 3days they will pay me the lumpsum of R20 000 ,which was a false adverti*****t,because i was hospital then they refuse to pay the lumpsum which was agreed upon.
