False Advertising from Clientele Life

I met this guy a month ago who happens to be working at Clientele Life and did a false advertising. He told me about how I could get discounts on shops whenever I swip with my Capitec card. Yesterday they debited my money, money that I worked for and I had budgeted with that money. Apparently, I opened an Life Cover that I wasn't aware and I wasn't told about. The guy never mentioned anything about life cover or even insurance. I went to Capitec Bank yesterday and I was told that they can't even revise that money. I called them yesterday and I was put on hold for 20 minutes without any care. Tried calling them but line says busy. I just hate how they advertise they policy and make people to sign up for insurance that they are not even aware of. Please help and advice.
