false advertising
As advertised on TV your benefits are the funeral cover and groceries cover and airtime cover, however when we submitted the claim all of a sudden the groceries is included in the initial pay out for the funeral and not separate as advertised. Thus the funeral pay out is actually less than advertised. Please stop the false advertising.
