False advertising

I met with a clientele agent in the month July, he told me about rewards and a funeral cover where I would pay an amount of R180 now month end of July I get a debit order if R399, I tried reversing this debit, I can’t cause it’s a debicheck. I’m really annoyed that’s I’m not forced to go pay for something I did not agree to. I would to get my money back
