False advertise, selling dreams and pathetic service
On the 22nd of May my brother submitted a claim on his funeral policy. He was not called back as promised on the same day. 2 Days later I followed up and documents was requested. R200 was sent. On Monday 28th May my brother called them again to follow up on his claim and was advised that no documents was received. When he questioned why he received the airtime they suddenly discovered the documents. A week and a half later and his claim is still not finalized nor has he been contacted. I suppose the R200 airtime is for him to constantly do follow ups. This company I clearly selling dreams to the public, in what a dignified way they will assist with a burial. When they cannot even finalize a claim. This is a time of grieving for my family and this is what we have to put up with. They are clearly insensitive and inconsiderate. False advertising at it's best. The Dube's should be ashamed to be associated with such a brand. Where is the respect and empathy for grieving families. I shutter to think how many people experience this. The only reason I have a 1 rating as there is no -*
