Extremely poor service
<p>I have experienced extremely poor service from this company on many occasions,I have a policy with them and an IFA business which I have been trying to cancell for 2 years now. Each time I call them they tell me to write a cancellation letter and fax or email it,I have always done that but they dont cancell it. Now on Friday I called and was helped by a lady called Dudu,first she took my information and dropped the phone. I called again and she transferred me to someone I told her M now canceling the policy itself since they dont want to cancel the IFA business fee. She said has emailed me the enceshmant form to fill and fax along with bank statement and id copy,she never emailed me the form.</p>

Thank you so much Judith Mboweni for helping me with my complain,the way you handled this whole situation is amazing,u were always calm and very professional,you always called me back to give me feedback. I am very happy now that you have helped me cancel the IFA business I have been trying to cancel since October 2015 and I am so happy that I was even refunded all my money that was deducted from November 2015 to April 2017. M so happy keep up the good work,I ended up not canceling my policy because of the way you handled this matter

She really is a specialist in service recovery,even though I was very angry but she just kept her cool and listened to me apologized about everything,she called.me every now and then to update me.she really is amazing Clientele really needs more people like her who cares about what a client feels and do something about it.
