As mentioned, I would like to place on record the exceptional service we received from you today. Nowadays, to get proper service is like

I have been a member since 2017 and we continuously have issues whenever we submit a claim. Other consultants will say "they have attached documents" but nothing happens and we end up making numerous calls, eventually we land up complaining on Hello Peter.

Today, I am so overwhelmed with your service, knowledge, going the extra mile, professionalism and expertise. You handed our call with ease and patience. You have guided us for future claims and submitting one attachment instead of individual attachments. What I need is a "simpler" way of doing things after being diagnosed with a few diseases that's deteriorating. I was discharged Wednesday last week but landed back in casualty on Friday and Saturday again. By you offering so much more with your friendliness and patience, you are helping me :)
