Exceptional service
Id like to take a moment and thank one of Clientele's assets Mr Motshewa Maila from Shepard's team.... He assisted my mom accordingly he does things in a special way where one could think is with a family member on the other end. Interaction, building rapport, friendliness and handling of a call was exceptional i give him 100% keep it ip Mr Maila.
