Excellent service from Tshepang Kgengoe!

Clientele has given me a horrible experience which eventually led to me cancelling my policy. Received the Cancellation letter, however my debit order still went off, and that is what I called in to query today. This was THE FIRST time ever that I had spoken to one of your consultants that was actually very switched on. Her name is TSHEPANG KGENGOE. Tshepang has great communication & listening skills. She delivered excellent service and handled me with such care even though I wasn't the easiest person to deal with. Tshepang is an absolute asset to your company and I wish you could replicate her Skills. Hopefully this message is passed on to Tshepang's Manager as the recognition is well deserved. Take care.
