Excellent customer service experience when claiming

My mother just recently passed away on the 6th July and I called Clientele to claim and the advisor was so helpful in a way they advised me what needed to be done what type of documents needed and the process went so smoothly that I was called back by a wonderful gentleman called Matthew in the claims department who assisted me and answered all my questions and also advised me about the process and the timeframe due to the payments and he also called me back after the next day for an update to check if everything came through and I was supprised that the timeframe was earlier by few hours he mentioned and I was able to sort everything in time as well for my mother's funeral. Thank you Matthew from the claims department for all of you effect and hard work I'm 101% satisfied with everything please keep up the excellent work you doing Clientele really needs people like you in the business.
