Empty Promises,lies and bias

I started investing money with Clinetel as they said I can access it anytime I want it but I'll be charged admin fee,so I didn't have a problem with admin fee since they were saving the money for me,their minimum premium was R200 but I decided to contribute R500 from july and eveything was done telephonical,so now I just gave them a call that I want to cash out then now they start telling me stories,instead of getting my(R2500-their admin fee which they said is R300) they now telling me I'll only get R1300,I keep calling and they put me on hold until I got cut off,sending me from one consultant to another.
