Don't trust Clientele Hospital Plan

I was in hospital for 5 days in April and this was the reason I had taken out this plan. I submitted all the documentation via scan and email timeously but unfortunately received an email to say my claim was rejected as I had not submitted a copy of the hospital account. This was not correct so I lodged a complaint and I heard nothing. So I escalated my complaint and heard nothing. I have had bills to pay because I was in hospital and this policy was supposed to provide me with the money to pay them.
