Don't take people's money without explanation

Some woman came to me they from Clientel life company they told me that they making starts so they ask my I.D and my bank account I gave those two ladies because I thought they won't submit those things by that time I wasn't working so they did everything without my permission or explanation about their policies how much they charge how many people I cover on this so they accept everything and confirmed it on my fone now this company has been debited money from my account without my knowledge of understanding when confront them to stop debited my money and cancel my policy they told me that they will pose the debit and send me some options on my Email account but I ddnt get time to respond them and to read those Emails they send to me and now they debited my money again I'm not happy
