Do not take clientele life policies

Clientele is refusing to pay a claim. According to them, I did my monthly premiums. Previously the company would send me communication if they didn't receive my premium and now they are telling me that my bank should have informed me. Who am I payi my premiums to? Is it the bank or is it clientele. They have false advertising. All those people that give testimonies, they pay them to talk *******.
