Dissatisfied client
Have a hospital cash back plan with clientele. I am a diabetic which has a 24 month waiting period. Was admitted on the 23rd month from taking this policy for chest pains. On admission my blood sugar levels was high due to stress of chest pains. Clientele declined the claim stating diabetes is chronic and has a waiting period of 24 months. On 13 June 2018 I emailed a letter stating that I was admitted for chest pains and not diabetes. To date I have not received any feedback. Too quick to take your money but looks for all reasons to decline your claim.
